MOLDING
We mold using compression, transfer and injection processes.
COMPRESSION MOLDING:
This method is usually used when small quantities of uncomplicated parts.
TRANSFER MOLDING:
Transfer molding is used for more complicated parts in moderate quantities.
INJECTION MOLDING:
Because tooling costs are considerably more expensive than compression and transfer molds, injection molding is used when large quantities of complicated parts are required.
RUBBER-TO-METAL BONDING:
Most types of rubber can be bonded to metal inserts during the molding process. All three molding techniques can be used, based on the above requirements.
